**Job Title:** Certified Nursing Assistant

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Avantara Evergreen Park. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents.
  • Observe changes in condition and report to the clinical team.
  • Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Participate in education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Unencumbered State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or certificate of completion from a State of Illinois Accredited CNA training course.
  • Prior CNA experience is preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
