Job Summary

Merry Maids is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Specialist. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are clean, safe, and healthy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Merry Maids' proprietary cleaning products and procedures to clean, dust, and sanitize homes, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve cleaning skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
