Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Resource Management: Work closely with our Field teams and Project Executives to plan and manage resources and budget effectively.
- Project Coordination: Provide solutions and strategies to ensure projects are completed on or ahead of schedule and recover from potential delays.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local jurisdiction requirements and assess project status to establish priorities and allocate tasks daily.
- Production and Budget Monitoring: Continuously monitor production quantities and budgets to ensure project success.
- Crew Management: Manage the hiring, training, and performance of the crew to ensure high-quality results.
- Employee Safety and Morale: Ensure employee safety and positive morale by consistent application of all HR, safety, and environmental policies.
- Leadership and Communication: Provide leadership for the project, ensuring all specifications are being met, and maintain positive relationships and communications with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Schedule Development and Management: Work with Project Controls to build schedules, provide logical activity sequencing, and make schedule changes as needed.
- 10-15 years of experience managing multiple commercial roofing projects in the field.
- Thorough understanding of cost codes, budgets, and scheduling logic.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective use of Microsoft suite, as well as confident use and understanding of P6 Scheduling; preferred familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam.
- OSHA 30-hour training.
- Valid Driver's License.
