Job Overview

A Plus Tree, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our tree worker crews. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a high-performing team by coaching, training, and developing Tree Workers to be great leaders, operators, and coaches.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervisory experience, climbing, and GIS software or tree inventory/GPS software experience. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to interact with diverse employees. Additionally, they will have a strong organizational skills and be able to effectively prioritize needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage tree worker crews
  • Coach and train tree workers to improve their skills and performance
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Manage and maintain equipment and tools
  • Monitor and report on crew performance and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • 2+ years of climbing experience
  • GIS software or tree inventory/GPS software experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
