About the Role

We are searching for an exceptional Senior Construction Manager to lead our projects at IE2 Construction.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Direct and oversee construction projects from start to finish, focusing on timely and budget-friendly completion.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of projects to create detailed schedules and cost estimates.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders through clear and respectful communication.
  4. Create and coordinate comprehensive project schedules.
  5. Organize and facilitate productive project meetings.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, with at least six years' experience. A bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is necessary. Proficiency in applying technology, including project management software and construction accounting systems, is also required.

Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial construction management, including building materials, safety regulations, local and state building codes, general construction procedures, practices, and work sites.
  • Strong ability to perform and demonstrate essential job duties.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to identify, manage, and mitigate risks effectively.
