Lot Attendant

Pride Motor Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lot Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for parking vehicles in the new-vehicle lot in an orderly manner, verifying receipt of vehicles, and performing damage inspections. Additionally, you will shuttle sales and service department customers to their desired destinations as needed.
Responsibilities- Verify the serial numbers of incoming vehicles against invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
- Record the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipt.
- Park new vehicles in assigned areas, maintaining a clean and organized lot.
- Organize all new, used, and wholesale units, ensuring easy access for customers and employees.
- Catalog and store keys, ensuring secure and efficient management.
- Assign stock control numbers to cars, tracking and maintaining new car PDI's and lot readiness.
- Assist sales teams with requests, including swaps and placing inventory back after test drives.
- Clean and maintain the lot, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist sales teams with lot management, moving cars as needed to maximize space and keep the lot organized.
- Maintain the showroom, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked with water and snacks.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Positive and professional attitude, with a can-do mentality and outgoing personality.
- Team player, willing to assist the sales and service departments as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and desire to maintain a clean and organized lot.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record of at least 3 years.
