Job Summary: Harmony Hospice Care is seeking a Part-Time Music Therapist to provide music consultation and services to patients in the Youngstown and surrounding area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music therapy and experience working with terminally ill patients and families.

Responsibilities:
Provide music consultation and services to patients in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care
Report directly to the Director of Nursing
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement music therapy plans
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and progress

Requirements:
Completion of National Association of Music Therapy accreditation program
Registered as a music therapist by the National Association for Music Therapy
At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting
Previous work with terminally ill patients and families preferred
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
