Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position will involve working with a K-12 caseload and providing speech therapy services to students in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with communication disorders
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication skills
- Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students
- Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school setting
- Mississippi state licensure or ability to acquire before starting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
