Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the surgical staff in the perioperative process, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for patients.
  • Deliver delegated basic patient care services, maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe patient care environment.
  • Work closely with the Circulating RN to ensure seamless communication and coordination during surgical procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional care and support.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an approved Surgical Technologist program.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
