Job Summary: The Director (or Pastor) of Worship Ministry is a part-time or full-time salaried position at Ministrylist. The role involves leadership and oversight of worship services, management of staff, allocation of budgeted resources, and equipping music team members.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead worship services and develop musical elements
  • Manage staff, including Assistant Director, A/V Technical Director, and Worship Operations Assistant
  • Allocate budgeted resources for worship ministry
  • Equip and develop music team members
  • Support worship at other church functions and ministries

Qualifications:



  • Committed follower of Jesus Christ with a well-conceived theology of worship
  • Strong music background with minimum 2 years' experience in a church or ministry setting
  • Experience with Planning Center Online and Finale software preferred
  • Strong desire to develop and shepherd team members towards spiritual maturity and musical excellence
