Job Title: Rigger

Palacios Marine and Industrial is seeking an experienced Rigger to join our team. As a Rigger, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of heavy equipment and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and plan lifts to ensure safe and efficient movement of loads.
  • Attach loads using slings, chains, cables, and other rigging equipment.
  • Signal equipment operators during lifts to ensure accurate placement.
  • Climb structures to guide and position loads.
  • Assist in connecting or stabilizing loads prior to detaching.
  • Detach loads and remove rigging equipment.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of industrial rigging experience.
  • Completion of the NCCER Rigging assessment or other nationally accredited testing organization.
  • Ability to meet all physical requirements.
  • Ability to work at heights in excess of 300 ft.
  • Availability to work in all weather conditions.
