Job Description

This position involves working as part of our team in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of children on the autism spectrum.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

In this role, you'll have the chance to work directly with children, providing one-on-one ABA therapy and implementing intervention plans created by expert BCBAs. You'll also engage with families, keeping them updated on their child's progress within the ABA framework.

We're committed to ongoing training and development, ensuring our staff stays up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification. This means you'll have opportunities to grow professionally and advance your career in the field.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field (strong preference), or enrollment in such a program
  • RBT certification (we'll provide paid training)
  • Previous experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of doing so
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Computer and tablet literacy
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary range of $20.50 - $26.00 per hour, along with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision plans, student loan repayment benefits, and more.
