Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $57,000, based on a 12-hour shift schedule with some 8-hour shifts available, paying $27.50-$30.50 per hour. The location of the job is Bethlehem, PA.

Job Description

This LPN role involves forming strong relationships with residents, their families, and physicians to devise care plans that reflect critical thinking and strategic perspectives. You will also coach your co-workers in promptly addressing resident needs with a sense of urgency and responsiveness, while working closely with physicians to oversee their orders and monitor medications for seamless, quality care delivery around the clock. Additionally, you will educate residents and their families on health matters pertinent to their care, serving as and sharing the responsibilities of the Manager on Duty.

Shifts

You will work 12-hour shifts with some 8-hour shifts available, covering days, evenings, and overnight periods, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a valid LPN license in good standing from the State of Pennsylvania, possess CPR certification, and demonstrate the ability to perform physical tasks required in the role. A minimum of one year of experience in an assisted living or other healthcare setting is preferred but not necessary.
