Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Restaurant Server to enhance our service team at Barrel & Boar.

Your role will involve delivering outstanding experiences for our patrons by efficiently managing table service, processing dine-in and take-out orders, and ensuring timely delivery of beverages. You will also be responsible for maintaining your section's cleanliness and addressing any customer concerns promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders from bar patrons for food and drinks.
  • Ensure prompt delivery of all beverages.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your designated area.
  • Assist in delivering food to both your tables and fellow team members as needed.
  • Handle customer payments and provide change in a professional manner.
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a server role.
  • Ability to memorize menu items and daily specials.
  • Basic knowledge of wines, cocktails, and beers.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods.
  • Strong listening skills to effectively respond to customer needs.
  • Must possess a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
