Job Summary: Cyber Defense Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Security Control Assessor to support a government customer onsite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security control assessment and a proven track record of success in this field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct security control assessments to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Develop and implement security-related directives and guidance for Information Assurance, Information Technology, and Information Management.
- Manage and track systems or programs involved in the A&A process.
- Collaborate with a mixed skill level team to ensure knowledge and skill transfer.
- Develop and implement security-related directives and guidance for Information Assurance, Information Technology, and Information Management.
- Provide technical expertise and support to ensure the security and integrity of information systems.
- Write technical reports and general correspondence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of work experience or equivalent.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large-scale systems or programs involved in the A&A process.
- Strong technical understanding of information technology systems, software, and networks.
- Effective technical report and general correspondence writing ability.
Travel: Travel will be required approximately 25% of the time, depending on program needs.
