Seeking Skilled Automotive Technicians

5+ years of experience in automotive service is essential

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Compensation: $25-$40/hour based on experience

Promotive is a well-established automotive repair facility dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship. Our team is passionate about the automotive industry and strives to provide an outstanding customer experience. We are looking for dedicated Automotive Technicians (A or B Level) who are committed to excellence and possess a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models, including European brands.
  • Conduct extensive diagnostics, particularly for A Level technicians.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while also being able to work independently.
  • Maintain a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A or B Level Technician certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of automotive repair experience.
  • Experience with diagnostics from start to finish.
  • Preferred: Virginia state inspector's license.
  • Experience with Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be easy-going yet focused on tasks.
