Nurse Specialist

PennState Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As an inpatient nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
- Administer medications to patients while monitoring for reactions and side effects
Requirements:
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
- AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
- ACLS and PALS requirement should be completed prior to the end of orientation
