Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented 3rd– 6th Year Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Mergers & Acquisitions and private equity practice, you will play a pivotal role in complex legal matters, working closely with seasoned partners and a collaborative team.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis on diverse and sophisticated cases.
  • Drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and memoranda.
