Position Summary
As a Behavioral Support Technician, you will play a vital role in implementing tailored treatment strategies that aim to improve the quality of life for our clients. Your commitment to fostering positive outcomes will be essential in this rewarding position.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, including home and community environments.
- Execute treatment objectives under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide constructive feedback on client progress to your supervisor.
- Assist in teaching essential skills such as communication, self-care, and social interactions.
- Monitor and document client progress and treatment data accurately.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures diligently.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect all patient-related information.
- Collaborate effectively with team members in all assignments and interactions.
- Work autonomously while ensuring consistent communication with management and colleagues.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, along with at least six months of relevant experience in a healthcare or supportive role.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Possess reliable transportation for daily travel to various assignments.

Additional Information
- Experience working with adults is preferred.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician is required.
Compensation
The hourly wage for this position is competitive.
