Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose equipment malfunctions and implement solutions in line with industry regulations and safety protocols. Perform repairs and assist in the maintenance of the facility, which includes systems such as lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and more.
Essential Duties- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the role and apply expertise to manage a variety of tasks.
- Handle assignments that present moderate challenges, requiring discretion in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Generally operate with minimal supervision on routine tasks and receive general guidance on new responsibilities.
- Utilize CMMS effectively to ensure timely maintenance of all equipment.
- Identify and resolve equipment and tool failures to minimize production interruptions.
- Communicate potential downtime risks to management proactively.
- Exhibit advanced skills in welding.
- Oversee the inventory of parts and consumables.
- Maintain all facility aspects independently.
- Operate lifts and material handling equipment, exercising sound judgment in escalation processes.
- Perform some custodial duties as needed.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience or 2 years with relevant technical certification.
Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience.
General education, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training are typically necessary.
Must be a strong team player with a service-oriented approach.
Possess critical thinking skills.
