Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SNF / LTC and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNF / LTC settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in SNF / LTC
  • Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of practice
