This position is essential in assisting the RFID Systems Manager with the deployment and management of the Factory Track (RFID) platform, as well as enhancing the current system's functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure effective RFID implementation.
- Facilitate the transition process from initiation to completion at various locations.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization for the RFID system and its associated locations.
- Assist in converting non-technology locations to the Factory Track (RFID) Systems.
- Ensure high levels of internal and external customer service.
- Coordinate operational process modifications to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate system and process enhancements.
- Manage costs and control expenses effectively.
- Support financial performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing or supporting supply chain execution systems.
- Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities.
- Comprehensive business acumen.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills.
- Able to work collaboratively across various levels and departments to gather necessary resources and knowledge.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an Associate's degree with relevant work experience.

- Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software tools.
Work Environment:
This role involves a combination of remote work, office settings, and field travel.
Physical Demands:
The position requires the ability to sit, climb, stand, lift, and/or move. Travel is a requirement.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time role, with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, which may occasionally require extended hours.
Travel Requirements:
This position necessitates approximately 60-75% overnight travel.
