Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Support Professionals to join our team as Clinical Assistants in Residential Services at the Center for Disability Services Foundation. As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support and promoting independence in daily living skills for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
As a Clinical Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and promoting independence in daily treatment, care, and services
- Serving as a member of interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized plans
- Providing support and guidance to individuals in residential settings

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred
- At least 1 year of work experience with Developmental Disabilities required
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Valid NYS driver's license in good standing
- OPWDD Medication Administration Certification, First Aid/CPR Certification, and SCIP-R Certification must be completed within the first three months of employment

Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $17.86 - $22.42 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
