Job Description

We are seeking a talented Service Technician to join our team in the Raleigh NC area. As a key member of our customer journey post-installation team, you will focus on partnering with customers to inspect and service pre-existing company installed foundation repair and water management solutions.

The ideal candidate will support our customers with additional solution options and needs, providing exceptional customer service and representing our company professionally. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a base pay plus commission with no earnings cap. The average annual earnings are $120,000, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, long/short-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) with a company match, and PTO after applicable waiting periods.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience preferred but not required
  • Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred
  • Proven customer relations experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • A valid, non-restrictive Driver's License is required
