Job Overview

Cesna is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing equipment suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs
  • Source and negotiate with equipment suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Manage procurement plans and coordinate activities with other departments
  • Analyze market trends and systems technology related to job
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
  • 1-7 years' experience in buyer or procurement role; preferably within the defense industry
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships internally and externally
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. Cesna offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
