Dishwasher Position

Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.

• Washes dishes, pots, pans, and utensils by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
• Polishes silverware using burnishing machines, chemical dips, and buffing wheels.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keeps the dish area clean and organized, sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
