Experienced Die Setter Needed for 2nd Shift Operation

Elite School Staffing is seeking an experienced Die Setter to join our team on 2nd shift (3:30pm-2am, Monday-Thursday) at a busy Shelby Township/Utica manufacturer of small metal stampings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate metal stamping presses to produce high-quality parts
  • Develop and implement efficient die setting and press setup procedures
  • Collaborate with production team to ensure smooth operation and meet production targets
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on metal stamping equipment
Requirements:
  • Recent experience in metal stampings die setting/press setup is a must
  • Unique machinery/metals fasteners experience is a huge plus
  • Able and willing to work and remain on 2nd shift
  • Stable job/attendance history
  • Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
