Resumen del Puesto:
Estamos buscando un pasante talentoso y creativo en redes sociales para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como Productor de Redes Sociales, serás responsable de crear contenido atractivo y viral para nuestras plataformas como TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, YouTube Shorts y más.

Tu objetivo principal será producir videos de alta calidad que resuenen con nuestra audiencia objetivo y contribuyan al crecimiento de nuestras redes sociales y al reconocimiento de la marca.

Responsabilidades:
- Conceptualizar, planificar y ejecutar contenido de video creativo e innovador para plataformas como TikTok y Reels.
- Investigar y mantenerse al día con las tendencias actuales y el contenido viral en redes sociales.
- Desarrollar y presentar ideas para conceptos de video que se alineen con la marca KSL NewsRadio.
- Colaborar con los equipos de promociones, marketing y contenido para entender los objetivos de las campañas.
- Escribir guiones, crear storyboards, grabar y editar videos utilizando diversas herramientas y software.
- Optimizar videos para maximizar la visibilidad y el compromiso en las plataformas sociales.

Requisitos:
- Experiencia comprobada como Productor de Redes Sociales o Creador de Contenido.
- Dominio de software de edición de video como Adobe Premiere Pro o Final Cut Pro.
- Conocimiento sólido de TikTok, Reels y YouTube Shorts, incluyendo sus formatos y tendencias.
- Habilidades de narración y capacidad para crear narrativas atractivas en formato de video corto.

Compensación:
$15.00 por hora
