About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assembly Technician. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and consistently use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Receive daily work assignments from the Team Leader/Team Manager and execute production according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and blueprints.
  • Report any deviations (safety, quality, parts, equipment, etc.) to the Status Boards immediately and update the Team Leader/Team Manager.
  • Participate in Daily Status Board Meetings to discuss deviations and propose solutions.
  • Review and suggest improvements to SOPs to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and eliminate waste opportunities in your area of responsibility.
  • Engage in daily and weekly 5S routines to maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness.
  • Seek opportunities for cross-training and process improvement.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Crane and Forklift certifications a plus.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing orders.
  • Basic computer skills.
