Job Description

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our group homes, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support. You will supervise staff, manage resources, and collaborate with families to create personalized plans.

We offer a competitive salary of $56,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor Group Home DSP Staff to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident.
  • Maintain open communication with families, addressing their concerns and involving them in decision-making processes.
  • Manage crises and emergencies, drawing upon internal and external resources as needed.
  • Transport individuals as required, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Participate in on-call shifts, evening, and weekend work as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices through training sessions, staff meetings, and client events.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Three years of related direct support experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Must obtain Massachusetts MAP & CPR/First Aid certifications within five months of hire; valid Mass driver's license required.
