- Collect and send specimens, including blood and blood cultures
- Insert and remove peripheral IV catheters
- Record patient information and required data in appropriate areas
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of previous direct care experience (acute or long-term) or successful completion of a CENA, PCT, MA, or EMT course
- Student nurses must have completed their nursing fundamentals class of a BSN program
