Butcher's Shop Salesperson for the Fresh Counter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Butcher's Shop Salesperson for the Fresh Counter to join our team at Apex Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our fresh meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge and Display: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our fresh food products, including meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen. Create visually appealing product displays that showcase our offerings and attract customers.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products to ensure freshness and quality.
• Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including the fresh food counter and surrounding areas.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: Ideally, a vocational training or work experience in the food retail industry or (system) gastronomy is preferred. However, we welcome career changers with knowledge of food.
• Skills and Qualities: Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and a team spirit are essential for this role.
