- Develop and implement individualized oral hygiene programs for patients, educating them on proper hygiene techniques and the importance of nutrition for optimal health.
- Evaluate and record patients' health history, dental charting, and oral analysis, including taking and recording blood pressure.
- Expose, process, and interpret dental x-rays.
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining proficiency in the Dental Specialties competency assessment checklist.
- Perform recall appointments according to dentists' prescribed treatment plans.
- Adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
- Personally interact, engage with, and care for patients.
- Ensure patient safety.
- Associate degree in Dental Hygiene.
- 1 year of dental hygiene experience in a dental office setting.
- Dental Hygienist - Wisconsin (DH) license.
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification.
- Starting pay of $30/hour + more for experience.
