Job Summary

Spaulding Hospital Cape Cod(SRN and SCC) is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing evaluation and treatment to patients of all ages with speech, language, cognitive-communicative, voice and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' speech, language, and cognitive-communicative skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources effectively and efficiently
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from an ASHA-accredited university program
  • License to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • At least 2 years of experience in pediatric speech therapy
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children with complex medical needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
