Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and person-centered Clinical Social Worker to join our team at the Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) in Alexandria, MN. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will provide integrated mental health care and social work services to patients, conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, and develop treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based crisis intervention psychotherapy as an independent practitioner
  • Facilitate patient and family education as well as weekly group therapy
  • Maintain appropriate and effective relations with community providers
  • Prepare aftercare plans that outline the client's course through treatment and needs/resources in the community
  • Facilitate active treatment team meetings
Qualifications
  • Master's or doctorate in psychology, social work, behavior analysis, or related field
  • Licensure/Certification in the State of Minnesota as an independent behavioral health professional as an LICSW
