- Medical degree (MD or DO) from a recognized institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
- Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
- Strong clinical expertise and understanding of evidence-based practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing medical education and professional growth.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required.
