">We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional support and service.
">Salary and Benefits
">The estimated annual salary for this position is $30,240, based on an hourly rate of $14.50 per hour. This includes full-time employment with benefits, including paid holidays, health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid time off (PTO), and vacation and/or sick time.

">As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Responding to all tolling and/or administration related customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and leveraging resources available through people, customer records, and knowledge management systems.">
- Identifying customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information.">
- Processing required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications.">
- Submitting research requests in a concise yet accurate manner.">
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology.">
- Communicating effectively in a warm and empathetic manner.">
- Adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals.">
- Providing support to other positions/operations in cases during heavy workloads or absences.">

- The ability to work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule taking high-volume calls from customers.">
- The commitment to 100% attendance for three to five weeks of paid training.">
