We are a leading provider of insurance solutions in Nottoway County, VA. Our team is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Agent to join our Blackstone office.

As a successful candidate, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong desire to help and serve the community, and a drive to succeed. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, providing personalized insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Our company offers a competitive base salary of $60,000 per year, plus commissions on new sales. You will also have access to growth opportunities, lucrative benefits, paid holidays, 3 weeks Paid Time Off, and an environment that recognizes and rewards successes.

We require a Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Annuities license or the ability to obtain these licenses with our support. Strong communication skills, good time management skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
