Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily photography and videography projects that highlight our practice, surgical procedures, and patient experiences.
  • Produce, edit, and develop engaging video and photographic content for various digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines throughout all projects.
  • Bring creative concepts to life, acting as the in-house producer from initial planning to final delivery.
  • Manage pre-production tasks including casting, storyboarding, budgeting, and script editing.
  • Utilize diverse shooting techniques, including remote, in-studio, and live formats.
  • Create animations, mockups, and storyboards, along with detailed shot lists.

Qualifications:

  • An Associate degree or equivalent certification in video/film production is preferred.
  • Experience in video/photo production, digital marketing, and/or agency work is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in post-production processes.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and implement feedback effectively.
  • Knowledge of equipment setup, maintenance, and teardown, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize various projects.
