Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team at DMC Children's Hospital of Michigan. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Delegate tasks and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program required
  • BSN preferred
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan required
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
