About the Role:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for resolving issues and managing communication between hospitals, emergency rooms, and other providers as needed. You'll work closely with our 24/7 operations team to ensure seamless patient care and accurate record-keeping within our Electronic Medical Record system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow established protocols for recording and delivering messages.
  • Provide patients with clear information on call outcomes and next steps.
  • Verify patient information and update records accordingly.
  • Schedule or cancel appointments as requested by patients.
  • Paginate individual providers as necessary.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have 6+ months of experience working in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate phone systems, computers, and other related equipment.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
