Job Opportunity

Fusion Medical Staffing-Home Health is seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in a Home Health Agency setting.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, requiring 8 hours of work per day with one weekend shift per 4 weeks. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience as a RN and 6 months of recent Home Health experience.

Responsibilities
  • Completes nursing assessments of patients and documents accordingly.
  • Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare team members.
  • Provides and coordinates patient care with other healthcare team members.
  • Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
  • Administers medications as ordered with proper documentation.
  • Provides medical care in the patient's home, requiring driving to multiple patients' homes daily.
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
Requirements
  • Current RN License
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Valid auto insurance
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
