Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rework Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a Rework Technician, you will be responsible for de-soldering and soldering surface mount and through-hole components for electronic manufactured PCBA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, modify, and repair electrical components to PCBA/CCA assemblies through interpreting board diagrams and drawings.
  • Repair and rework complex printed circuit boards to IPC-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 specifications.
  • Utilize soldering skills to assemble and repair electronic components.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of electronic component repair and rework techniques.
  • Ability to interpret board diagrams and drawings.
  • Excellent soldering skills.
  • Knowledge of IPC-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 specifications.
