Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist Full Time Days

At Saint Alphonsus Health System, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and helping them achieve their full potential.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices. As a Physical Therapist with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and implement specific physical therapy treatment programs for individual patients
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supervise the work of support personnel to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the State of Oregon
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network
  • Previous experience in Outpatient preferred
