About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team in Pembroke, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with leadership experience and a passion for manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in factory built housing construction within a manufacturing plant.
  • Examine blueprints to determine dimensions of structure and ensure accurate production schedules.
  • Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Effective planning and scheduling abilities to meet production targets.
  • Acute attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
