Job Overview:

As an Operational Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our emergency services team. This includes supervising and directing field staff, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring accurate payroll processing.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to quickly evolving situations. You will also be responsible for mentoring employees, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating individual and team development.

Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between the company and various stakeholders, including patients, public safety agencies, and training institutions. Your attention to detail and ability to investigate incidents and complaints will be essential in resolving issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of EMS field experience, with prior FTO or leadership/supervisory experience preferred. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with some advanced education preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
