We are looking for a reliable and skilled Shear Operator to work in our Batavia, OH location. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a full-time schedule.
Main Duties:- Set up and operate shearing machines to cut metal materials according to project specifications.
- Safely move and handle metal materials within the workshop.
- Maintain records of job orders, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
- Physical stamina and strength for manual material handling.
- Ability to interpret project specifications and drawings.
