Partnership Opportunities:
- Patient Rounding: Engage with patients in SNFs to assist in restoring their physical capabilities and enhancing their quality of life. Diagnose conditions and implement tailored treatment plans.
- APP Supervision: Oversee, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure high-quality care in an innovative delivery model. Conduct both in-person and telemedicine consultations for complex rehabilitation cases.
- SNF Collaborations: Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with SNF partners across various regions to guarantee optimal patient care.

Compensation Structure: We provide a generous and customizable revenue-sharing framework. Your earnings will be contingent upon the partnership model you choose and your ability to enhance and expand the clinical practice.
Vaccination & Credentialing: Our vaccination policy for clinical staff adheres to CDC guidelines, including the Covid-19 vaccine and booster. Physicians at Lightyear Health are responsible for maintaining compliance with our credentialing verification processes, clinical standards, health screenings, and vaccination policies.
It is essential for physicians to ensure that their licenses, certifications, and credentials are current and in good standing.
