Remote Speech Therapist Position in Tennessee

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Pisgah Forest, Tennessee. As a remote speech therapist, you will provide essential services to students with communication disorders.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is around $62,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits, including weekly pay, guaranteed work hours, liability insurance coverage, health, vision, dental, and 401k plans for full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week.
About the JobThis is a full-time remote position requiring a valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent. Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess communication disorders in students
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- A valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent
- Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
