We are seeking a skilled Clinical Services Consultant to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. As a travel nurse RN with experience in PCU, you will work closely with patients who require monitoring and care for various conditions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced clinical professional to provide high-quality patient care in our PCU unit. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing comprehensive care plans that address their unique requirements
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordinated care delivery
  • Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting lab tests as needed
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions, identifying potential complications and implementing interventions to prevent them

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in PCU nursing practice, with a strong understanding of telemetry and cardiac gtts
  • 2+ years of experience in progressive care units, with a focus on stepdown mix patients
  • Affiliation with American Nurses Association (ANA) or equivalent nursing organizations

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $**$140,000 per year**, based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week. In addition to your base compensation, you will also receive:
